This Galvanised Steel Post Cap can be used to protect the end of steel fence posts – to make them safe and to hide rough edges. These Post Caps suit our tubular galvanised steel posts. They come in three sizes to suit each of the post sizes we offer.

What does ‘NB’ stand for in steel post sizing?

‘NB’ stands for ‘nominal bore’. The nominal bore is the hollow section of the pipe. Nominal refers to the approximate measurement of the bore (or the space in the middle of the pipe).

Is it easy to install?

Chainwire fence installation requires a bit of know-how and practice. It’s possible to do chain wire fencing yourself however if you’re new to fencing or doing just a small home fencing project, we recommend considering our aluminium fencing range - it’s more straightforward and simple to install.

Do you have other colours available?

Yes, our chain wire fencing supplies also come in Black PVC coated steel. We do not keep many dark green PVC coated chain wire supplies in stock, however, please just get in touch with us and we can order it in for you!
